HOW CAN YOU HELP?

The North Baton Rouge Women's Help Center continues to strive to provide the best of compassionate care to our clients.  However, compassion alone, is not enough.  Your help is needed!  Your contribution means a great deal to the organization, but even more to the families who rely on the NBRWHC to help them through some of the most difficult times of their lives.

For example, a 16 year old teenager who suspects she is pregnant can receive a free pregnancy test and confirmation, apply for Medicaid, receive referrals for doctors, financial, and other assistance.  She and the expectant father can participate in our My Baby & Me Prenatal Classes.  Throughout the pregnancy, they are receiving personal and group care concerning pregnancy and their physical and emotional well-being, to be followed by the My Baby & Me Parenting Classes.  During which time, they have access to various support groups, including abstinence education.  Through the use of our services, this young lady has been educated, counseled and motivated.  This will result in her making informed decisions about her life, self-image, relationships, parents, children, education, etc.; thus, reaching our goal of changing women from the inside out.

With your ongoing support, we can continue to impact the lives of clients like these through our vital programs and services.  To see how you can help, please click on the items below.
